Insika Yakusasa

The overall goal of the 5-year Triple R project (known locally as Insika ya Kusasa, which means the Pillars of Tomorrow), is to prevent new HIV infections and reduce vulnerability among OVC, adolescent girls and young women in Eswatini. Insika ya Kusasa aims to increase social and economic resilience to the impact of HIV among OVC and AGYW and to increase service uptake of high-impact HIV, sexual and reproductive health (SRH), family planning (FP) and gender-based violence (GBV) services among OVC and AGYW. Insika ya Kusasa is led by a consortium partnership comprised of Pact and Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF). Pact is the Prime partner and has the overall responsibility of the project and is providing technical leadership in impact mitigation, GBV services, and HIV prevention interventions as well as strategic information. EGPAF is leading the clinical services component of the project. There are also 11 local civil society implementing partners in the project who are supervised by Pact.
